Every year, February is the time when we reflect and
celebrate our collective LGBT history. Events are put on up and
down the country so that we can learn more about our past, look
forward to our future and have a ruddy good time while we're at

of queer love songs penned in times of repression as part of the
Omnibus Unnatural Acts Festival.
Queer Contact Festival, 10 - 18 Feb at Contact Theatre
LGBT artists take over one of Manchester's most exciting
theatres for a riveting programme of music, dance, cabaret, spoken
word and visual art.
Sapphic Suffragettes, 11 Feb at The National
Archives in Richmond
A free talk exploring the crucial role lesbians and bi women
played in the fight for women's rights.
Jane Traies: The Other Consenting Adults, Feb 11 at York
Discover what it was like to be a lesbian in the 1960s in this
marvellously educational free talk.
Rosie Wilby: The Conscious Uncoupling, 11 Feb at Omnibus
Radio DIVA host and comedy storyteller extraordinaire Rosie
Wilby will be performing her wonderful solo show. It's hilarious,
romantic and not to be missed.
