One of the best things to come out of 2020 was the long list of tunes from our favourite queer artists
BY SOPHIE GRIFFITHS
As 2020 comes to a close, we thought it was time to shine a light on some of the best tunes from queer women and non-binary artists over the year. You can certainly tell from looking at this list that our favourite artists have not been held back by the pandemic.
Against everything that the last 12 months has thrown at us, these great tracks managed to make it out into the world and onto our playlists this year – blasting through our headphones while we rustled up some sourdough or tended to our plant pals. One day we know we’ll be screaming these lyrics at festivals, but for now, a party for one in the bath will have to do.
Here’s our top 20 tracks of 2020! Make sure you hit play on our playlist at the end and give them all a listen. 🎵
