Nutritionalist Alison Chappell will offer simple steps to help improve your gut and overall health this April

When things go wrong with your digestive system (your gut), then it’s likely that things will start to go wrong in the rest of your body. But even if it hasn’t got to that stage yet, you might be experiencing some symptoms which suggest that your digestive system isn’t working as it should. If you’re experiencing any of the symptoms below then your gut is probably in need of some TLC: Bloating, gassy, cramps, constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, food intolerances, allergies, hayfever, itchy skin, eczema, rhinitis, IBS, IBD, headaches, thrush or candida.

The good news is that with the right food & lifestyle choices you can reduce or eliminate these symptoms and make a massive impact on your overall health.

Join nutritionalist, Alison Chappell and Fiona from Team DIVA as they talk about Gut Health in an informative fun way on Thursday 15th April at 8pm.

Alison Chappell has been learning about nutrition (or how what we put into our bodies affects us) for the last 20 years.

It began when her partner and her reached their mid 30s and realised that they couldn’t manage the late nights and early mornings of our teens and 20s. They both saw a nutritional therapist and that was the first time that they started to realise that the diet of ready meals, takeaways and eating out wasn’t likely to work for them anymore.

By the time they were in their 40s, working long hours, lots of stress, and better, but still pretty poor eating habits, their health was suffering, and they decided they wanted to do something about it.

Alison qualified as a Nutritional Therapist and juggled working part time as a Deputy Chief Executive of a large Charity and setting up her Nutritional Therapy practice. In 2016, she decided to change her lifestyle and focus full time on her business. She now helps women to work out what is best for their bodies and minds so they can live their best life.
