WorkPride is a five-day series of events for LGBTQ+ professionals, inclusive employers and anyone who is committed to workplace equality. It’s the perfect opportunity to network, share best practices and learn new strategies to help create workspaces that are inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions.
In June 2020, WorkPride attracted an impressive 18,000 attendees. For 2021, WorkPride is expanding its offering to 50 events across five days. Expect panels, training, digital-social events and more. For a second year, EY, the global professional services provider, is the Headline Sponsor.
With LGBTQ+ professionals and inclusion specialists from all around the world, WorkPride 2021 will offer invaluable insights into what businesses and professionals have learned over the past year, as well as looking ahead and discussing how they’re preparing to enter physical workplaces again.
The sessions will include fascinating conversations around inclusion, mental and emotional health, allyship in the workplace, upskilling and what it means to be an LGBTQ+ person in business in 2021.
