Stop whatever you’re doing, because not one, but TWO teaser trailers have just dropped for the brand new season of The L Word: Generation Q.
Yep, after months of not-so-patiently waiting, our prayers to the gay gods have finally been answered. Get a load of this.
Ok, we need to talk about this immediately! It looks like Bette is getting it on with Gigi. That is some serious double-top energy and I’m here for it. Finley is telling one lucky soul, “I think I’ve always loved you”. Gotta be Sophie, right? I’m so pumped for Sinley round two! Meanwhile Alice is successfully pulling off a lime green blazer (yay) and no longer in a throuple (boo). And Shane is being all hot and wise, saying things like, “The messy parts of people’s lives are always the most relatable”. Ah Shane, you truly are the lesbian Yoda.
Still craving more L Word? Of course you are. You’re only human. Check out the second teaser for hugs, high-fives and all your faves back together again.
Right about now you’re probably wondering when you can watch season two for real. If you live in the US, you’re in luck because the show is set to premiere on Showtime on 6 August 2021. Based in the UK? Don’t panic! Season two will be available on SKY, but the exact air date is still TBC.
In the meantime if you need me, I’ll be obsessively rewatching the teasers to satisfy my Sinley cravings.
