Synechron recently announced a new partnership with myGwork, who they will be working with to expand their diversity and inclusion programs and support the LGBTQI+ community. The leading digital transformation consulting firm is excited to join over 260 organizations, becoming myGwork’s latest corporate partner. The LGBTQI+ business community, myGwork, exists to create a safe and free space to bring together inclusive employers, mentors, and professionals. But the partnership between the two organisations goes much further than just recruitment and will empower Synechron as a company that already had a strong diversity and inclusion focus, to push this even further through a variety of training, campaigns and events.
The partnership is one of the ways they will be showing their dedicated allyship to the LGBTQI+ community and support the diversity of individuals no matter their unique culture, backgrounds, or lifestyles. As such, Synechron is delighted to launch a dedicated profile page, showcasing the organisation, for skilled professionals to learn more about their culture and view current job opportunities.
Speaking on the partnership, Mihir Shah, Managing Director, Head of Europe, Middle East, and APAC at Synechron shared, “We are honoured to be among the corporate supporters of myGwork’s global network of students, professionals and broad community who are seeking to network and explore new challenges and the opportunity to advance their careers with organizations who deeply respect their individuality.” He added, “At the same time, we look forward to learning, growing and interacting with the myGwork community so that we can become an even better corporate citizen.”
